3. Products & Handmade Variations

All Silken Lather products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result:

Natural ingredients may behave differently depending on climate, storage, and skin type

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities per customer

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping (Canada & USA)

Silken Lather ships across Canada and the United States.

Processing Times

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Delivery

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control.

Customs & Duties (USA Orders)

U.S. customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

We may offer refunds or replacements in cases of:

Damaged items
Incorrect orders
Missing items

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

Allergic reactions (ingredients are clearly listed)
Disliking a scent or texture
Normal handmade variations
